Deposit and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the service is due at the time of contract execution to reserve your date and begin the design process.

Final payment is due in full no later than one month before the event unless otherwise stipulated. Failure to render full payment by the due date will result in a cancellation of all services as well as a non-refundable cancellation fees to recoup costs.

Design Discretion and Artistic Freedom

Bud and Blossom, Co. retains full creative control in floral selection and design execution. While every effort will be made to reflect the Client’s preferences, the Designer is not liable for dissatisfaction stemming from flower choices, design variations, or substitutions made in good faith.

Flower Availability and Substitutions

All floral selections are based on seasonal and market availability. If a specific flower is unavailable, a comparable alternative will be chosen by the Designer to preserve the design’s integrity, color palette, and overall aesthetic.

Floral Cost and Price Adjustments

Prices are estimated according to current floral market rates and may be adjusted if significant cost fluctuations occur. Any changes will be communicated transparently and the Client will have the option to approve modifications or revise the order accordingly.

Transparency and Communication

Bud and Blossom, Co. is committed to full transparency, honest communication, and creative integrity. The Client will be kept informed of key decisions, substitutions, and changes throughout the planning and production process.

Cancellations and Refunds

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If services or materials have already been procured, additional charges may apply to cover the costs incurred up to the cancellation date in addition to a cancellation fee. By executing the contract, the client agrees to cover any incurred cost due to cancellation.

For issues with products purchased from our shop, please reach out to support within 24 hours to submit a claim. Claims must include all required documentation to be considered. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window or with incomplete information will not be accepted.

Bud & Blossom, Co. reserves the right to cancel services at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

Booking dates

Bud and Blossom, Co. requires all bookings made three months in advance for all wedding events. Exceptions can be made if smaller services are requested at Bud & Blossom, Co.’s sole discretion. Additional consultation fees and shipping fees may be incurred due to late scheduling. The client is responsible for paying all additional costs incurred due to delayed booking.
